As a result, we have adopted the following privacy policy regarding how the information you provide to us is used and maintained. This policy does not apply to information regarding or provided by employees or applicants for employment.
This privacy policy also governs information you provide to us during your visit to the Netensured, LLC Websites: netensured.com and how this information is used and maintained. If you visit any other website maintained by Netensured or its affiliates, please be sure to refer to the privacy policy and other website terms and conditions posted on that site.
OUR PRIVACY POLICIES AND PRACTICES FOR CUSTOMERS
Types of Information We Collect from Customers: In the course of providing or attempting to provide services to you, Netensured, LLC may collect certain personal information about you. Personal information is information that identifies you individually (“Personal Information”), including your name, service address, billing address, telephone numbers, electronic mail address, billing information including your bank account or credit card number, social security number, credit score, correspondence and communications records, and the specific products and services you have purchased from Netensured. Netensured may also collect information regarding our customers that is not individually identifiable (“Non-Personal Information”), such as the percentage of customers that purchase a particular service, the aggregate number of backups performed or retrieved, average customer tenure, customer demographics, and the like.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM CUSTOMERS
Netensured uses your Personal Information to provide you with information about your account, to provide you the services you have requested, to improve the services Netensured provides its customers, and to inform you of additional products and services that we think may be of interest to you. Netensured also uses this information and Non-Personal Information in other ways related to our services, including sales, installations, product development, operations, administration, marketing, communications with you, billing and collections. We do not share Personal Information with third parties except that we may store and disclose Personal Information as allowed or required by applicable law, including, without limitation, making disclosures (a) that are necessary or advisable to protect the rights, safety and property of Netensured or others, (b) that are necessary or advisable to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, (c) to third parties in connection with the performance of services; (d) to credit bureaus in connection with determining credit scores; and (e) as requested by law enforcement or other emergency agencies. Netensured does not sell or lease Personal Information to anyone not affiliated with Netensured. Netensured may use Non-Personal Information for various purposes, including but not limited to product development, customer service, marketing and similar purposes. Netensured may share Non-Personal Information with third parties.

OUR PRACTICES REGARDING THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Netensured has confidentiality and security policies and procedures in place to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized use or disclosure. All Netensured employees are governed by these policies. Netensured takes precautions to identify you or your authorized representative when we receive an inquiry regarding your account. Netensured also restricts access to your Personal Information to authorized employees and to certain third parties as described above. Netensured disposes of your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information in accordance with all applicable law.

OUR PRIVACY POLICIES AND PRACTICES FOR WEBSITE VISITORS
Types of Information We Collect From Netensured, LLC (Netensured) Websites. Netensured does not collect Personal Information about you on the Netensured Websites unless you choose to provide that information to us or you choose a service on the Netensured Websites that requires you to submit personal information in order to receive the selected service. Personal Information gathered Netensured Websites may include, but is not limited to, your name, title, company, address, electronic mail address, phone number and the like. Unless specifically stated, we do not require Personal Information to obtain access to any part of the Netensured Websites.

Netensured web servers may collect the IP addresses of visitors to the Netensured, LLC Websites. Netensured Websites may also contain an electronic file called a Web beacon or an Action Tag, which allows Netensured or its contractors to count users who have visited that page or to access certain “cookies” (described below). This information may be aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time of visit, pages viewed, etc., in order to measure the use of the Netensured Websites and improve content as may be necessary. Netensured does not obtain any Personal Information from your IP address or from any Web beacon or Action Tag on the Netensured Website.

In addition, when you view certain parts of the Netensured Websites, information may be stored on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “cookie” or similar file and will permit tailoring of the Netensured Websites to better match your interests and preferences. Cookies are primarily used to enhance your online experience by aiding navigation and functionality of the Netensured Websites. Netensured does not obtain any Personal Information from the cookies placed on your computer.

Netensured uses the Personal Information that you supply during your visit to the Netensured Websites to provide you with information about your account, to provide you the service you have requested, to improve the services Netensured provides its customers, and to provide you with information about additional products and services that we think may be of interest to you. Netensured does not sell or lease Personal Information to anyone not affiliated with Netensured.

SECURITY OF ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
Some areas of the Netensured Websites are not accessible unless you supply certain personal information. For example, you must enter your “user name” and “password” to access certain restricted areas of various Netensured Websites.
Netensured has security policies and procedures in place to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or alteration. When you are logged in to these restricted areas, your personal information is protected by current technology that uses a secure socket layer (SSL) protocol with a required 128-bit encryption key. SSL is an encoding algorithm that encrypts information passed between your computer and Netensured in an effort to prevent unauthorized access of your personal information. In addition, our personnel who have access to your data have been trained to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

USER NAME AND PASSWORD SECURITY
If you have a user name and password for access to the non-public or restricted areas of the Netensured Websites, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your user name and/or password. Netensured recommends that you take steps to protect the confidentiality of your user name and password. If you become aware of any disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorized use of your user name and/or password, please notify Netensured immediately.

INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT
Except as stated in the paragraphs above, any communication or material you transmit to the Netensured Websites by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like, is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and nonproprietary. E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you provide your e-mail address to us, you consent to our use of your e-mail address to notify you of information that may affect your account, or to provide you with the information you have specifically requested. If you send us an e-mail message, you also consent to our use of your e-mail address to answer the message we received from you. Your e-mail address will not be used for any purpose other than those listed in this policy.

The Netensured Websites may contain links to other websites. These links are meant solely for your convenience. Netensured has no control over, and is not responsible for, the information collection practices of the linked websites. Further, your use of the linked websites will be governed by the privacy policies of those sites and not by this Privacy Policy. Netensured recommends that you review the privacy policy of each of linked website that you visit, before you provide them with any personal information.

PROTECTING CHILDREN'S PRIVACY ONLINE
Netensured understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy online. Netensured Websites are not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of thirteen (13) years. It is our policy never to knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of thirteen (13).

CHANGES
Netensured may revise this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice; however, the most current version of the Privacy Policy will always be available to you by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Netensured, LLC (Netensured) Websites.
